Come Hungry & Promptly! Taste nutritious and easy-to-make homemade foods, and take the recipes home with you—just in time for Memorial Day weekend!

 

SPACE IS LIMITED, SO MAKE SURE TO SIGN-UP EARLY TO SECURE YOUR SPOT.

 

WHAT TO BRING

Each attendee—individual or family—is asked to bring one homemade main dish or hearty homemade snack that is naturally Gluten-Free, Refined-Sugar-Free, and Made with Healthy Oils/Fats (like Olive Oil, Butter, Ghee, Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, or Avocado Oil). See below for recipe ideas. Make a portion big enough to share a good tasting-size with 10 or more people.

We will be sharing printed recipes with anyone who likes the dish. Important: Bring 10 printed copies of your recipe, OR email your recipe to [email protected], OR have your recipe ready to print and we can print it at the party.

Health Coach Marisa Moon will be bringing several prepared dishes. She will also provide plates, napkins, cutlery, and health-coach approved drinks.
